I started working out AGAIN 3 week ago, we have a gym at work and aerobics classes I have been going the these classes. Ok so this week I switch my (uh-umh…) gentle aerobics class to going with dear hubby in the morning. Ouch ouch ouch, I can’t move my arms ouch! I went for 4 day straight, we did, shoulders, biceps and triceps (I said I wanted those Michelle Obama arms) the first day. Dear hubby said he knows just the exercise to get me some Michelle Obama arms I was like yay! I’ll do it! uh-oh, I never knew I had these muscle in the back of my arms, I my weights from 5lbs to 10lbs woo-ooh! I’m still in pain and that was SATURDAY! Sunday we did legs that wasn’t too bad I guess running up and down the stairs with a 30lbs Kailee on my back and a 20lbs Kaylee in my arms did wonders for my legs. Umh… I forgot what we did on Monday… maybe it was back cause my back is killing me. Day number 4! ouch ouch ouch yesterday was day 4, and we did core conditioning. I just realize I had no stomach muscle, my gluteus maximus are weak and my side was noodle soft! I did five sit-up and I pass out (How can a skinny woman be so outta shape?). Even though I’m a bulb of hurt right now, even my bra hurt, crossing my leg hurt well everything hurt BUT I feel good! I feel good about myself, I feel good… I ate half of the cake from my daughter birthday party and I feel good, no guilt. I went to the gym 4 days in row *record* and I feel like… like this is too hard!(tears and pout) this gym stuff is hard! Can’t I just eat, watch tv, play with my kids, and blog?
Michelle Obama arms?! my (bleeps) *side eyes* I bet she has hers sprayed on! Uh-huh I saw Meet The Spartans!

In my quest of living an healthy life (uh-hum) more like trying to live a healthy life. I decide to go back to the gym. I didn’t want to be a total hypocrite you know, I’m trying to practice what I preach. Yesterday I didn’t think or debate it (since my head always win) I just go! I walked right in the middle of an aerobics class and I was like YEAH! this is fun! I can do this! they just dancing it can’t be that hard can it? 15 minutes later… (catching my breath) Can it? YES IT CAN! My heart felt like it was about to jump out of my chest, my throat was so hot I was about to pass out.
It never occur to me that I was soooooooo out of shape! You have a baby and the objective is to get that tummy down! and I did… sorta I’m back to 122 lbs not so bad right? Besides everybody always tell me how good I look after the babies. Aside from the part that I have a 90 year old man heart that can’t even go half a mile. BEWARE BEWARE! My advice to you: Try your very best to get yourself into some kinda exercise program. Will it be walking, running, go up and down the step with the baby on your neck for 100 times, dance to the fresh beats band with your toddler, push the stroller around the park, Yoga or just a quick 20 mn walk on your lunch break if you are a working mom JUST DO IT!

Even if like me you already got your tummy back (sorta) and you don’t feel the need to work-out, do it for your heart & your joints!(ouch!) You heart loves you, so Love it back!
