Every night I put the girls to bed, they are always trying to pull some kinda trick to get outta bed. Sometimes it’s “Mommy I want water”, or “I’m scared” or “I want to read another book” last night one told me that she was scared because it’s too dark, so I say close your eyes then you won’t see it.

she reply: “if I close my eyes, it’ll be too dark in my brain“.

My 2 and half year old daughter don’t eat much so when she ask for something to eat I usually give it to her. Now she take it for a game, every second she want something, like chocolate milk, apples, banana, blueberry if the name pop in her head she ask for it. Since I’m always looking for occasion like this to make her eat something I always fall for it.

2 y/o girl: Mommy I want banana

me: are you sure you want a banana?

2 y/o girl: yes!
me: are you gonna eat it?

I gave her the banana, she took 2 bites and say she didn’t want it.

hubby: Look here, you are not gonna waste that banana! you think banana grows on trees?

2 y/o girl: yeah daddy you didn’t know?

At the dinner table, 6 year old taste her tacos say I don’t want it!

2 y/o girl:(singing) Try it you might like it! try it you might like it

6 y/o old: you try it, you didn’t even eat yours

2 y/o girl: sing-song I try it I don’t like it! I try it I don’t like it!

There you have it, have a chuckle.
