I’d rather be changing diapers. NOT!

I come across a blog called “I’d rather be changing diapers” I was like yeah me too! Until I actually had to change the diaper of my very sensitive soon to be two year old. Go ahead raise your eyebrow, what kinda mother am I right? See we started the potty training thing early, very early. she was about 4 months when we started I sit her on the little potty I make a Sssssss sound for #1 and the Mmmmmm sound for #2. and it worked. When she would finish we clap, sing the “you did it” song everything was going smooth. Now she is almost 2 and eating everything she decide she want to be a baby and go poopy in her pants, some says its because of the new baby. (I got 2 of them under 2 in case you wandering.) I don’t know what it is but I don’t like it. To get to the actual story here, yesterday I was upstairs in my office working, my mom babysit for me when I have to work. I think she did it on purpose, she found the poopy and sent it to me. where was I? yeah I was in my office then I hear a faint knock on the door I went and open it. It was my very sensitive soon to be 2 year old at the door. She was so embarrassed, she is twirling her shirt and looking down. So I was like oh honey what it is tell mommy and she says “mommy i gah poopoo”. aww poor thing! I knew she has already done it because when she would caught it on time she would be all cheery and proud of herself. So I took her to the bathroom… boy oh boy code 9! bio-hazard get it out of the house somebody get me a mask! a space suit! its all over eeww eww eww Then I thought about my very proud mommy statement “I’d rather be changing diapers” NOT! I’d rather be writing codes then touch this stuff.
eh well writing codes give me paychecks, cleaning poo give me hugs and kisses. I really like hugs and kisses! I guess that kinda imply that I like poopoo too now doesn’t it?

My child was not potty trained until 2 1/2. lol. I have four kids. I slip with every one. 1st one potty trained by 2, 2nd by 3 and 3rd by 2…4th is 17 months…who knows when. I hate potty training. I hate changing diapers. lol. Too bad all that work has to come with the kid, right? lol.

Awww you are too sweet ya’ll! :) I am blushing over here, hehe. There are times when I have to hold my nose while changing poo. My 4 month old sometimes likes to hold it in for a couple of days. I haven’t started potty training yet but I need to with my 21 month old. I’m just not ready yet.

My FOUR year old went through a “regression” over the summer. The only thing worse than changing a poopie diaper is changing poopy underwear… on a FOUR year old. Oh well, as long as he’s not wearing a pull-up to the prom, I’m good.

My son just pooped in the porta potty I have to bring all over the place… in front of the carpool line of 100 moms (waiting for their elementary school parents). I actually blogged about the necessity of traveling with it, last month. Love your blog, too!
