I don’t like diapers! I try to potty train my girls at four months! Yep! crazy right? I was so anxious to get them outta diapers because well I don’t like poo! who does? So I finally kinda get my 2 yr old to use the bathroom with a lotta cheering, praises, and YAYs now she almost use the bathroom all the time. Expect when she is out or places other than our home. Last Sunday at church the nursery teacher told me that she ask to go peepee! Which was super AWESOME!
I’m almost done with 2year-old’s stinky poo, now talking about 1year-old’s stinky poo – can’t a 1 year old just use the bathroom? is that to much to ask?
Yesterday she let this big one out, OMG it was like 3 grown men who spend the day eating chilis and burgers and drinking beer put their butt together and poop on my lap!
I was like eeew you made a stinky poopoo eeew next time can you tell mommy you gotta use the bathroom? Yeah right like that’s gonna work…
She just look at me and go *frumh* scrunch up her nose and fan her face with her little hand and say mama mama mama *shriek*! Its almost like she wanna say to me: “mama you shouldn’t poopoo like that when I’m in the bathroom, that nasty!”

Gotta say that I’m not fond of diapers either, but the only thing worse than changing a stinky diaper is cleaning poop out of underwear or pee off the floor.
So as much as I would love for my toddler to join his brother and sister in underwear, I am actually in no hurry to endure the accidents and stress associated with potty training. But given that DS will be three in August, I’m going to have to grin and bear it — and buy some rubber gloves in the meantime.

That is so funny I was just reading your hubby’s blog today and he was describing a poopy situation I had to hold my mouth from disturbing the whole office!
My 2 year old like to take her pants off and she running to the bathroom screaming “I not make it” and pee right on my carpet!

I can’t even imagine trying to potty train my kids before 1 1/2! LOL I figure if I wait until they’re physically and mentally ready, then it will take less time and will be easier. Turned out it worked for all 4 of my kids, even my boys!! They were good, for the most part by 2 1/2!! Yeah for potty training!
