Hiya y’all!
I’m back from an unexpected hiatus, so let me catch y’all up on what I’ve been doing.
Well supermom took a super turn and sign up for a class this summer, I thought it would be cool to learn a few more gadget WRONG! this class is a lot of work and taking up all my time. So here goes my blogging.
Then I went on a road trip to North Carolina, My Mother-in-Law was dying to have the girls spend sometimes with her. So after a lot of kicking and screaming I caved and took them up, now I can’t begin to describe how much I miss them and its only been ONE DAY! I just wanna march right back up there and get them back!
Now that my house is CLEAN, QUIET and kid-less I’m gonna try to stop being mad at my husband for talking me into this deal and maybe the CLEAN, QUIET, and Kid-less house will inspire some juicy Sexy Fridays.
Its my very first time without my kids quite frankly I’m already annoyed, after dinner last night I didn’t know what to do… I don’t know what to with myself.
I’m open to ideas: What would you do if you didn’t have your kids for a few days?
Would you mop around missing them or would you go party it out?

I had my 4 year old spending 2 nights with his step-brother at his grandmother’s house. Wonderful surprise and I just collapsed. I guess, my complicated circumstances just got the best out of me so this surprise little vacation was a God sent for my sanity. I just slept, read and enjoyed the silence. A complete BLISS!I think you should spend this time on bonding with your husband, on romantic dinner, quiet cuddle up on the couch watching a movie not Yo-Gabba-Gabba. Cooking together. I think it’s the ultimate act of intimacy or going for a stroll a a hike, whatever you feel like. Adult time! Let it go!

I never have energy to party it out (I’m single mom so my daughter gos to her dad’s). I meet girl friends for lunch or coffee, read a TON, and go to the spa/biking/walking.
Those little stinkers sure do grow on us don’t they? I really will be in shock once she goes to college!

@Swati I know! I even forgot how to party anything lol, they sure do grow on us I don’t know how many time I say I need a break, now that I have it I dunno what to do with myself.
I TOTALLY agree with Julia! Have some you time and spend time with hubby doing things you’d otherwise not be able to do so freely! My kiddos go away for a few weeks every summer to Grandma’s house and I do get bummed for a while but, I try to do things that I can’t normally do when they are around. They call me 24/7 and that makes me feel better! Have a ball! I hope you enjoy!

@Jen yeah I need to just put a sock in it and try to enjoy myself.
I have 7 kids, and the only time I’ve ever been away from them was once in 2002 for a 3 day honeymoon (I had 3 kids at that time)…….and the only other times were to go off and have another baby lol. I don’t think I’d know What to do with myself if they weren’t around!
