In my quest of living an healthy life (uh-hum) more like trying to live a healthy life. I decide to go back to the gym. I didn’t want to be a total hypocrite you know, I’m trying to practice what I preach. Yesterday I didn’t think or debate it (since my head always win) I just go! I walked right in the middle of an aerobics class and I was like YEAH! this is fun! I can do this! they just dancing it can’t be that hard can it? 15 minutes later… (catching my breath) Can it? YES IT CAN! My heart felt like it was about to jump out of my chest, my throat was so hot I was about to pass out.
It never occur to me that I was soooooooo out of shape! You have a baby and the objective is to get that tummy down! and I did… sorta I’m back to 122 lbs not so bad right? Besides everybody always tell me how good I look after the babies. Aside from the part that I have a 90 year old man heart that can’t even go half a mile. BEWARE BEWARE! My advice to you: Try your very best to get yourself into some kinda exercise program. Will it be walking, running, go up and down the step with the baby on your neck for 100 times, dance to the fresh beats band with your toddler, push the stroller around the park, Yoga or just a quick 20 mn walk on your lunch break if you are a working mom JUST DO IT!
Even if like me you already got your tummy back (sorta) and you don’t feel the need to work-out, do it for your heart & your joints!(ouch!) You heart loves you, so Love it back!
So moms…What kinda exercise activity do you do if any?

I was blog hoping like I do everyday, I came across this sponsored tweet thingy. So basically you sign up with this online marketplace that allows you to connect directly with advertisers to engage in sponsored conversations through Twitter. You tweet their stuff and you get paid. I did had some reserve about this sponsored tweet thing, (still do) but I decide to try it out and see how it goes.
So the way it work is you set your price, categories and keywords and advertisers that match your description contact you about their sponsored tweets you accept it or reject it.

Once you accept an offer, it get tweeted to you followers and you get paid. I sign up last week I’m already working with 6 different advertisers and already got paid for my first tweet.
My only concern was spams. Will my followers fell like I’m taking advantages of them, spamming them or what not. Although is only one tweet in the middle of hundreds of tweet I send everyday. They also pay you small referral fee for referring other tweeterers If anyone is interested in checking it out you can CLICK HERE.
Anyway I just embark on the journey I will let you know how it goes!

When we first got married we pretty much had no furniture, we had a giant TV and one white lawn chair. A few months later when our stuff start coming in we had a different project every week and pretty much lives in home depot. When we were done (sigh) it was like one of those HGTV house. We had a contemporary style living inspired by the beautiful south beach hotel we stayed in. Too bad I don’t have a picture to show you so you have to close your eyes and imagine the quietness and gorgeousness of this well kept and clean living area. Until now a 2 year and a 10months old later that’s my life after kids!
I call this one Clean war zone
And this is just a war zone
The funny thing is I don’t miss my HGTV house… Yeah I do… LOL… stop lying Well yea I miss it every night when I have to pick all this stuff up but we make up for it in hugs and kisses.
How is your home different from before you had kids? (besides the obvious of course)
